Basic information
I am able to work without supervision trough overnight shifts and complex incidents. I am quick to identify and solve issues from multiple customers and users with different leves of severity. I have worked in Finland, but also in Ireland. With education from polytechnic and university, I have also worked with my own company. At this moment I am working on understanding the big picture of the IT and helping to employer with my best effort. There's a whole world of topics that interest me, and I feel that it is my job to find my calling and keep focus on an area to have a specialty skillset. My favorite saying is: "Never stop learning." It doesn't matter what it is, but you can always evolve and try to be better and keep an open mind to new things.
